PETALING JAYA: A day after getting fined RM2,000 for violating standard operating procedures (SOP), Tan Sri Annuar Musa (pic) tweeted photos of Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and two other MPs allegedly dining from the same tray during the movement control order (MCO) period.

The Federal Territories Minister uploaded three photos of Dr Ahmad Zahid, eating with PKR secretary-general and Kulim-Bandar Baru MP Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail and Sungai Petani MP Datuk Johari Abdul.

"Eating from the same tray is really delicious... more so when dining-in at a restaurant during the movement control order (makan sedulang memang sedap... lebih-lebih lagi kalau dapat dining di restoran musim pkp)," Annuar Musa tweeted on Monday (July 12).

In two of the photos, the three are pictured dining together, in what appears to be a restaurant.

In another photo, Dr Ahmad Zahid was seen giving a copy of his book Impactful Speeches to Saifuddin.

The Star was unable to verify when these pictures were taken.

This comes after Annuar Musa was issued with a RM2,000 compound notice for violating Covid-19 SOP after visiting former prime minister Tun Abdullah Badawi at his home on Saturday (July 10).

Back in February, Annuar Musa was also fined RM1,000 after he was seen dining with six others.

When contacted, Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said Annuar should show proof of his allegations.

"If Annuar said I ate at a restaurant then he should know where the restaurant is. And if he said it was during the MCO period then he should know the date.

"I will wait for him to reveal this... before I can respond. It is only fair because he is the one who released the pictures. He must have gotten the pictures from someone and he should know the source," the Kulim-Bandar Baru MP said on Tuesday (July 13).

On Monday (July 12), Annuar had uploaded a photo on Twitter of Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi together with Saifuddin and Sungai Petani MP Datuk Johari Abdul for allegedly dining out during the MCO period.
