Covid-19: Record high of 59 fatalities bring death toll to 2,099


PUTRAJAYA: Another 59 people in Malaysia have succumbed to Covid-19, taking the country’s death toll to 2,099, according to the Health Ministry.

This figure overtook the previous record of 47 deaths which was logged two days ago (May 18).
