BUKIT MERTAJAM: It was a picture that launched endless forwarding on WhatsApp.

The image of two men wearing shorts having to drape themselves in black cloth before entering the central Seberang Prai police headquarters was accompanied with a cheeky message: “Police had made the two men wear long black skirts.”This has led Central Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Shafee Abd Samad to remind the public that they are required to be in decent attire when entering the police headquarters, just like any other government building which enforces a dress code.
