Baby boy abandoned in front of association building in Penang

GEORGE TOWN: A new-born baby boy, with his umbilical cord still attached, has been left at the Penang Family Health Development Association here.

George Town OCPD Asst Comm Soffian Santong said there was also a note saying "tolong jaga budak ini (please look after the child)".
