Health DG: Over 3,000 cases caused by interstate travel


PETALING JAYA: From Jan 1 to March 21, the country recorded 3,170 Covid-19 cases that were caused by people travelling and crossing state borders, says Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

The three states which recorded the highest number of such “imported cases” were Kedah with 714 cases, Perak with 582 and Negri Sembilan with 370, he said.
