MCA to help first-time offenders on RM10k fines


SEREMBAN: MCA will provide free legal service to help those slapped with RM10,000 compounds for violating Covid-19 standard operating procedures, says its Civil Society Movement bureau head Ng Kian Nam.

He said the service would be offered to anyone who could not afford to engage a lawyer.
