Hamzah launches Parti Wawasan Negara

PETALING JAYA: Former opposition leader Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin has officially launched a new political party, Parti Wawasan Negara.

During the Reset convention in Tanah Merah on Saturday (June 13), Hamzah said the party’s name was suggested by PAS president Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang.

He also announced that Parti Wawasan Negara would hold its inaugural annual general assembly next week.

The Reset convention drew several top leaders from Perikatan Nasional, including Abdul Hadi and PAS vice-president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar, who is also the coalition's chairman.
