PUTRAJAYA: Failure to practise social distancing and cross-border travel without permission top the list of standard operating procedure offences recorded by the task force monitoring compliance of the movement control order.
A total of 146 individuals were arrested for not observing social distancing while 117 people were arrested for crossing state and district borders without police permission.
