SERDANG: A wanted snatch thief was arrested along with two others after he was spotted in the same attire he had used during an earlier incident.
Serdang OCPD Asst Comm Razali Abu Samah said CCTV footage of the snatch theft at a petrol station in Seri Kembangan, on Nov 30 led police to a house in Saujana Utama.
