Police arrest security guard, five others for cable theft and illegal use of firearms

KOTA TINGGI: The police have arrested six men for cable theft and the illegal use of firearms, including a 24-year-old security guard who allegedly conspired with the group.

Kota Tinggi OCPD Supt Hussin Zamora said the security guard lodged a police report at 9.25am on Thursday (Jan 7), claiming that he was robbed by a group of masked and shotgun-wielding men at the Tenaga Nasional Bhd substation in Bukit Pelali, Pengerang here where he worked.
