JOHOR BARU: Marine police here have foiled the attempt of a local man to smuggle some 206 murai batu (white-rumped shama) into a neighbouring country.
Marine Police Region II commander Asst Comm Muhd Zailani Abdullah said the 41-year-old man was arrested at about 8.30pm on Wednesday (Dec 9) during an operation near Sungai Renggit in Kota Tinggi.
