PETALING JAYA: The Road Transport (Amendment) Act 2020 (RTA) will come into effect on Oct 23 as it has received the commencement appointment date from the Attorney General’s Chambers, says the Transport Ministry.
Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said this was a historic and meaningful moment, adding that he had signed the gazette as the Minister on Wednesday (Oct 21).
