Shafie threatens legal action against Petronas if it fails to pay SST

KOTA KINABALU: Sabah will not hesitate to take Petronas to court if it fails to pay up the state’s sales tax (SST) on petroleum products, says Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal (pic).

The Caretaker Chief Minister said if the national oil company could pay the 5% SST owed to Sarawak, there was no reason why it should hold back on payments due to the state.
