KUCHING: Petronas and its subsidiaries have paid state sales tax (SST) on petroleum products amounting to RM2.9bil to the Sarawak government.
Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg said the amount paid was for last year, while this year's SST would be paid when the volume and sales value of petroleum products actually sold are assessed.
