IPOH: Members of the public who received a letter, purportedly to get a state award from Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah, have been urged to lodge a police report.
State Secretary Datuk Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim said the letter, supposedly to have been issued by his deputy on Aug 25, was fake.
