BUKIT Gelugor MP Ramkarpal Singh’s failure to back up his allegation on Tuesday over a precedent to allow an audio recording in Parliament may lead to action against him.
Dewan Rakyat Speaker Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun said it would be up to Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan to initiate the process of referring Ramkarpal to Parliament’s Rights and Privileges Committee.
