PUTRAJAYA: The Rapid Test Kit Antigen (RTK Antigen) may produce false negative results for Covid-19 in one out of 10 people, says the Health Ministry.

"This is a disadvantage of this test. Based on investigations, there is a huge possibility that the individuals who had false negative results were in the incubation period, where the viral load is low to be detected by the RTK Antigen, said Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
