Operations Commander Senior Fire Officer II Salmi Abdul Mukti said they received a call about the incident on Monday (July 13) at around 1.20am on a car that had crashed into a building on Jalan Telawi 5.

"A local man was found trapped in the driver's seat, while his passenger, a foreign woman, suffered injuries to her legs," she said.
