Lee: Inculcate safe practices to curb drink-driving

PETALING JAYA: The Alliance for Safe Community (Ikatan) fully supports the call for stiffer penalties to deter drink-driving.

However, Ikatan chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye said a ban on liquor sales should be tackled sensibly and sensitively.
