PUTRAJAYA: The decision to allow gradual reopening of business operations during phase three of the movement control order (MCO) is to boost the operating capacity of the economy and mitigate the economic impact of Covid-19, says Datuk Seri Azmin Ali.
The International Trade and Industry Minister said the approval came with a long list of conditions that companies must comply with, failing which it would be revoked.
