SERDANG: The movement control order (MCO) has entered the third phase, but people are still attempting to flout the ruling and giving ridiculous reasons.

Serdang OCPD Asst Comm Ismadi Borhan said his personnel operating the six roadblocks in his district round-the-clock received all sorts of excuses from motorists.
