PETALING JAYA: Local print media companies may face problems publishing due to the shortage of printing ink if the government’s movement control order (MCO) is extended beyond March 31.
Many print media companies only have printing ink supplies to last till the end of the month as the two suppliers were banned from operating during the two-week MCO period, said Sin Chew Daily. “From what we understand, the two local printing ink suppliers have already applied to the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (Miti) to continue operating during the MCO.
