Melaka Umno in midst of picking candidate for new Chief Minister post

MELAKA: Melaka is expected to name an outspoken lawmaker as the Chief Minister in the new Barisan Nasional-led state government.

A source told The Star that the Melaka Umno leadership was currently evaluating the names to be forwarded to Yang-di Pertua Negeri Tun Dr Mohd Khalil Yaakob.
