PETALING JAYA: Civil society has praised Malaysia’s marked improvement on Transparency International’s (TI) Corruption Perception Index (CPI) 2019 that went up 10 notches, but also warned against complacency.
Centre to Combat Corruption and Cronyism (C4) founder Cynthia Gabriel described the improvement as “a huge leap ahead”.
