SEREMBAN: The Sessions Court here on Wednesday (Nov 6) allowed an application by the prosecution to drop two charges against Seremban Jaya assemblyman P. Gunasekaran over alleged links to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).
Judge Madihah Harullah acceded to the request after deputy public prosecutor Aslina Ahad made the application.
