S'wak is difficult to please, says Guan Eng

KUALA LUMPUR: Sarawak has the second-largest state allocation in Budget 2020 and should not be complaining, says Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng.

"The Sarawak state government would always say they are unhappy, although we have added grants for the state. It is difficult to please them.
