THE parents of a newborn baby and their relatives staged a protest outside a hospital after a nurse allegedly dropped the infant, causing his death, Makkal Osai reported.
Orderlies at the hospital in Tamil Nadu, India, sent the seemingly healthy baby boy to be placed in an incubator after delivery.
Hours later, the staff handed over the lifeless body to his parents.
The shocked parents got suspicious because the baby’s head was wrapped up. They soon found that he had a head injury.
The devastated parents claimed that hospital staff had admitted to dropping the boy.
So they held a protest together with their relatives, demanding an explanation from the hospital.
