KUALA LUMPUR: Differing statements concerning the decision to engineer the Port Dickson by-election to enable Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s comeback to Parliament continue to emerge.
PKR secretary-general Datuk Saifuddin Nasution Ismail (pic) said it was the party political bureau that made the decision to vacate the parliamentary seat for Anwar to contest, denying claims by some quarters that the decision was made “without a meeting”, according to Bernama.
