1MDB stakes claim atop superyacht’s mast

PORT KLANG: 1Malaysia Develop­ment Bhd (1MDB) has laid claim to the superyacht Equanimity.

Lawyers acting for 1MDB, two of its subsidiaries, and the Government said the claim for ownership of the Equanimity was because money was misappropriated and used to purchase the vessel.
