SIBU: Former Pelawan assemblyman Vincent Goh Chung Siong passed away peacefully at about 2.30am Friday (July 27) in the presence of his wife and several family members at his home in Jalan Tun Abang Haji Openg.
Goh, 67, had not been in a good health since being diagnosed with heart cancer in 2013.
