“Prospering an Inclusive Econo­my, Balancing Between Worldly and Hereafter, For The Wellbeing of the Rakyat, Towards the TN50 Aspiration” – that was the theme of the Budget speech that was deli­vered on Oct 27 last year by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, who is also Finance Minister.
