Disclosure of CSA puts Opposition's concerns to rest, says Takiyuddin

MELAKA: The disclosure of the Confidence and Supply Agreement (CSA) on the Parliament portal addresses concerns over the delay in making the document public, says Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan (pic).

The PAS secretary-general said the Opposition had questioned why the agreement, signed on Oct 29, was not disclosed immediately, particularly when a similar agreement in 2021 was made public the day it was signed.

"When we held our press conference on Thursday, the agreement had yet to be disclosed, although it was signed on Oct 29.

"In 2021, we made the contents of a similar agreement public the same day it was signed.

"But now that the document has been uploaded to the Parliament portal, we have no further issues," he told reporters after the launch of the Barisan Nasional-Perikatan Nasional joint manifesto on Friday (Nov 6).
