Court denies Pandikar's bid to strike out Tawfik's RUU 355 challenge


PETALING JAYA: The High Court has denied Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia's bid to strike out a suit by moderation advocate Mohamed Tawfik Ismail (pic), who sought to challenge PAS' Private Member's Bill.  

Justice Kamaludin Md Said ruled Thursday (Feb 22) that the court had the jurisdiction to hear Mohamed Tawfik's application and set March 6 for case management before a deputy registrar.
