All the Dragon

GEORGE TOWN: With its top two ‘dragons’ out of the picture, the notorious Gang 24 known for its protection rackets and illegal moneylending is crippled.

The gang’s alleged big boss Datuk Seri Ng Chian Sia, 55, was nabbed at a casino in Pahang last month while his deputy Datuk Ong Teik Kwong (pic), 32, was shot dead at the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway by his bodyguard on Dec 1 last year.
