JOHOR BARU: Firemen had to break a window of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) ward of the Hospital Sultanah Aminah to let out the thick smoke in the ward in order to save the people inside.
Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam said medical staff on duty had tried using fire extinguishers to fight the blaze but failed.
