PETALING JAYA: A Malindo Air passenger aircraft bound for Kota Kinabalu was forced to divert to Kuching International Airport due to bad weather and insufficient fuel.
According to the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department, the plane from Kuala Lumpur was diverted after its crew members had requested permission to make an emergency landing at Kuching International Airport (KIA).
