Gerakan denied leave to challenge PAS' hudud

PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court denied leave to three Kelantan Gerakan members to challenge the legality of PAS' hudud law.

Justice Zaharah Ibrahim dismissed the application for leave after hearing lengthy submissions by parties.
