Couple criticised for leaving used diaper on restaurant table

A COUPLE was slammed for leaving a used diaper on a dining table of a rest area in Taichung, Taiwan, Kwong Wah Yit Poh reported.

According to a netizen known only as Su, the couple had changed the diaper of their child on the table at the rest area on Saturday.
