Deepa case: Court directs husband to bring son to custody battle on Jan 14


PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court Tuesday directed Muslim convert, Izwan Abdullah to bring his son during the custody battle against his ex-wife, which it set on Jan 14.

Chief Justice of Malaya Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin adjourned Izwan's application to stay the recovery order, which would compel him to return his son to his ex-wife, S. Deepa.
