GEORGE TOWN: Penang Umno Youth has condemned the state for playing host to several countdown concerts during the time when the country is battling the flood crisis.
In a statement on Tuesday, its chief Rafizal Abdul Rahim said the state government should be more sensitive over the plight of flood victims instead of allowing the concerts named “The 10th Penang Golden New Year’s Eve Countdown Celebration (PG2015)” and “Trance Movement” to proceed.
