SPAD okays increase in fares

JOHOR BARU: The Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) has recommended a rise in public transport charges nationwide.

SPAD chairman Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar said the recommendation was based on a study it had made, following requests from industry players.
