ZAMBOANGA CITY (Philippines): The Abu Sayyaf group said Friday night it had released the two German captives – Viktor Stefan Okonek and Henrite Dielen – after receiving the P250mil (RM18mil) ransom in full.
Okonek and Dielen were freed at 8.45pm in Patikul town in Sulu, said Abu Rami, spokesman of the Abu Sayyaf.
