AN OCTOGENARIAN from Yunlin, Taiwan, was found tied to a wooden plank with a nylon string, wearing a diaper and abandoned in a room covered with urine and faeces.
Kwong Wah Yit Poh reported that the 85-year-old woman, known only as Hsu, was found lying on a wooden plank with her dress ripped and appeared skinny and weak.
