High demand for Perodua’s Axia


KOTA KINABALU: National car manufacturer Perodua is planning to increase the production of its latest model, the Axia, and hopes to deliver up to 40,000 units of the vehicle by year end. 

Perodua president and chief executive Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh said the company's focus for now was to reduce the delivery period of the Axia that now stood at two and half months.
