DRIVERS who put on high beam headlights unnecessarily in Shenzen are being made by the traffic police to stare into the light for five minutes, Sin Chew Daily reported.
The Shenzhen traffic police started the “experiential enforcement” on Aug 1 instead of issuing summonses against such irresponsible drivers.
