BUKIT MERTAJAM: Two men were caught barely 20 minutes after stealing a car in Kota Permai here just after midnight.
One of them had earlier driven the car away as a businessman stopped by the roadside with the engine running to ease himself at 12.45am, said Seberang Perai Tengah police chief ACP Rusli Mohd Noor on Wednesday.
