KUALA LUMPUR: It was a dream come true for legal practitioner Datuk Azmi Ariffin, 54 , to be elevated to the post of judicial commissioner (JC).
Azmi, who was only appointed as Kedah legal adviser eight months ago, said that he was shocked when he received a letter notifying him on the JC post a week ago.
