KUALA LUMPUR: Chief Justice Tun Arifin Zakaria reminded the public, including lawyers, to refrain from giving statements which could be seen as “pressure” to the court when a matter was still being decided by the judge.
He said such statements might disturb the freedom of the judiciary in making its decisions.
