KUALA LUMPUR: The Government and two others failed in its bid to strike out a suit filed by a student, who was listed as a "non-citizen" in the National Registration Department's records even though he has a birth certificate.
On Friday, High Court judge Justice Hue Siew Kheng dismissed the application by the three defendants to strike out the student’s citizenship suit with costs of RM3,000.
