KANGAR: Majority of the Chinese community are not receptive and feel uneasy over the proposed implementation of hudud, said MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai on Thursday.
He hoped PAS would listen to all quarters and understand the sentiments from the ground especially the non-Muslims.
